We ship worldwide and can send your order to anyplace products can be shipped. However, we do not ship orders to countries and/or states in which the sale of adult toys are illegal.
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct, before finalizing your order. We can not be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.
If a package is returned to us undelivered for any reasons (shipment error due to wrong address given, unaddressed by addresses, refused by yourself or refused by customs), we will NOT reship and we will cancel your order. We will refund the total sales amount, but the shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we can not issue a refund.
Items not in Stock: We strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. In rare occasions, due to popularity and high demand for our products and limited availability, products may be on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs.
WackyOutlet reserves the right to cancel orders for products that are advertised in error, shipped in error or become unexpectedly out of stock.
If you don't locate in Japan, when you purchase a product from us, effectively you become an importer and liable for any customs duty and tax charges in the destination county. We do not determine or collect those fees, taxes or duties from you. It is the purchaser's responsibility to check country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by those. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery.
We will NOT provide a refund on the shipping of the package if it is refused by customs or by yourself, due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we can not issue a refund. For more precise information on expected import duties, please consult your government's local customs agency.
Please note you remain responsible for all shipping charges & customs taxes even if you decide to return or exchange your package. We do not refund shipping charges under ANY circumstances.
Official Customs Declaration:
When sending goods overseas, the Customs Declaration Form is required to list detailed description of the contents of the package. We try to be as discreet as possible for the custom declaration. We will never say "Masturbation Sleeve" or "Love Doll" instead we use some generic terms such as "Health Wares".
It is illegal for us to under-declare the actual value of any product(s) shipped internationally. This rule is NOT flexible under any circumstances. So please don't ask our staff to mark your overseas or international package as a "gift", "sample", or as a lower-priced or discounted item.
Due to the nature of the products, Hygienic and health regulations stipulate that the USED merchandises CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
You may return any UN-OPEND merchandise in its original condition within 7 days of receiving your order.
The merchandise must be in NEW condition, packed in its original manufacturers box and include all original packaging material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item.
You must contact us BEFORE returning any item to obtain a Return Authorization Code. IF returned items have missing parts or un-sellable condition, we will charge 30% restocking fee at our discretion.
Refunds or Exchange:
We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, the shipping charges are not refundable (exception applies if missing item or incorrect product is shipped result of our error) Or we will give you the store credit worth of the retuned products price amount for an exchange.
Defective items:
An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with the same model only. You may also return a defective item for a refund, however we will not refund original shipping cost. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded. We will certainly replace an item that was defective upon receipt and reship to you at our cost and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.
Return shipping:
Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.
The items ship back must be trackable, insured and have a signature confirmed as we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping, we are unable to refund to you unless receiving the items.
1. Contact Us - Please include your transaction number and the name of the product you wish to return, and tell us why you are returning the item in as much detail as possible and also tell us the condition of the item in details. If the item is returnable, we will issue an Return Authorization Number and Return Address for your return.
2. Packing your return - Place the item in its original packaging with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in a box with a copy of your original invoice/packing slip. Please clearly write your RA # on the outside of your box. Please thoroughly clean all returned defective products.
3. Shipping your return - We recommend that you ship us your returned item insured and with a tracking number. For the Customs Declaration, you must declared the item as Returned Merchandise due to Defect. NO COMMERCIAL VALUE. FOR CUSTOMS PURPOSES ONLY. Return shipping cost is not reimbursable.
4. Receipt of your item - We will send you an e-mail to notify you that your return has been processed. After we verified the condition of the product for malfunction items, we will issue refund or send an replacement. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, the shipping charges are not refundable. You should expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7-14 business days of our receiving your return.
All Packages are inspected for damage before we ship from our warehouse. In cases where your package has been lost or the contents have been damaged or are missing in transit, please contact us immediately. All packages are insured and joined in Compensation Program. We must be informed of all shipping related claims immediately.
We will help you how to claim for the missing items, damaged items or lost package. Please do not returned the package without contacting us first, our shipping carrier needs to check the condition of the damaged articles and according to the reported inspection results, we will take a procedure for loss compensation. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only.
